Ministries of the WORSHIP DEPARTMENT

Vision of Praise . . .

This ministry consists of individuals ranging from a minimum of 16 years old through adulthood who have demonstrated a basic level of musical talent accompanied by a strong level of spiritual maturity.  Our goal and vision is to not only train and equip these individuals to become solid instruments of worship, but also to disciple these individuals in serving God through heartfelt commitment, dedication and hard work.  Vision of Praise is a worship team that strives for excellence because we serve an excellent God, and He deserves our very best at all times.

Rainbow of Praise . . .

This ministry consists of a group of children ranging from the ages of 8 to 15.  Our goal and vision is to offer these children the opportunity to learn the importance of worshiping God, while also learning musical basics.  Our purpose is to impose teamwork skills and build strong Christian character in each child through worship.

Waves of Praise . . .

This ministry consists of a group of individuals ranging from the ages of 10 to adulthood.  Our goal and vision for this group is offer an opportunity to worship God in a musical manner outside of the traditional vocal or instrumental method.  Rather, these individuals are encouraged to worship through lyrical dance, both through their own creativity as well as formal instruction.

Teen Praise . . .

This ministry consists of teenagers ranging from the ages of 12 through 19 who have demonstrated a basic level of musical talent.  The goal and vision for this ministry is twofold:  First, these teenagers are awarded an opportunity to compile the worship team for the Rock Solid Youth Ministry.  Secondly, as they grow and develop their musicianship through formal instruction and the guidance of Christian Assembly’s seasoned musicians, these teenagers are being trained and equipped to become part of the adult worship team (Vision of Praise) once they reach the age of 16 or beyond.
